What Is SBS Modified Roofing
SBS modified roofing is an enhanced version of asphalt roofing that merges asphalt with synthetic rubber. The addition of rubber material makes the shingles more flexible and less prone to cracking. While traditional asphalt roofing is weather resistant, SBS modified roofing is also less likely to sustain damage from natural elements like ice and the sun.
